THE PREDICT-R-THON WINNER

After a season of considered predictions the predict-R-thon is finally over. Did our longtime leader Kevin Cole manage to hang onto top spot or was there a last minute charge from a late challenger?

A massive month (and a bit) of football meant there were plenty of games to consider in April and May. Rangers hit a run of good form and not many saw that coming judging by the predictions we received! However we do have an outright winner of the competition, so here is the top three in ascending order.

How to play

Current Leaderboard

In third place, dropping down from the second spot he held last month, is last years champion Harp Hoops. He finished with 155 points.

This years runner up, finishing 6 points ahead of Harp Hoops with 161 points is Kevin Cole. After dominating the competition for the last couple of months Kevin slips down from top spot.

Which means the winner of The predict-R-thon 2007, with 162 points was Paul Harper. He ended up nicking it from Kevin Cole by a single point in the last month, moving up from third to first in the process. Well done to him.

Unfortunately the competition is going to be mothballed for a while to make way for some new features for next season as we look to freshen things up for the new campaign. Many thanks to everyone for playing over the last three years, we hope you had a bit of fun with it, and well done to our three champions, Top Hat, HarpHoops and this years winner, Paul Harper.
